I have to say that I am now firmly in the "no-more-manned-space-missions-until-we-find-a-true-reason-that-is-beneficial-to-science" camp.
Basically, the robots of today can do the exploring for us ten times better and ten times cheaper, not to mention without all the extra rocket fuel for bodily fluids and freeze-dried chicken dinners.
NASA needs to get its head back together and figure out just what the hell it is going to be in the post-shuttle era.
